This equipment is a press-mounted machine designed for the rubber bushing of automobile shock

absorber to be pressed into the lifting ring. This equipment is mainly composed of pneumatic system, press- mounted positioning system, press-mounted system and electrical system. This equipment is powered by a

servo cylinder for press-fitting, using a PLC microcomputer to control each component, the components

complete each action, the press-fitting positioning system accurately locates the workpiece ring and

bushing, and the press-fitting servo cylinder presses the bushing into the ring. The reverse-pressure servo

cylinder pushes the bushing backup, ensuring that the bushing is even at both ends of the ring and the press- fitting operation is completed simultaneously.
